Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, as‑needed scaffolding services for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC) facilities. The contract covers rental, erection, inspection, dismantling, material delivery/retrieval, and 24/7 emergency call‑out capabilities, with all work performed under the contractor’s own labor, equipment, insurance, and overhead costs. The award will be a fixed‑price unit‑rate contract with a 12‑month base term and up to two optional one‑year renewals, subject to CPI‑U price adjustments and performance bond requirements.
• Scope includes rental of up to 10,000 SF of scaffolding per month, erection at $4.75 SF, dismantling at $2.75 SF, and delivery/retrieval services at $1,250 each.
• Emergency‑call‑out service must be available 24 / 7 with a response time of ≤ 2 hours, billed at $120 per hour.
• Contractor must provide a $50,000 performance bond, maintain required insurance (General Liability $1 M/$2 M, Auto $2 M, Workers’ Comp $25 M), and comply with OSHA, ANSI/ASSE, and Ohio prevailing‑wage regulations.
