Description
The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑service executive search support for four senior academic positions: Dean of the College of Business & Industry, Department Head of Business, Department Head of Engineering, and Department Head & Full Professor of Computer Science. The vendor must manage all phases of each search—advertising, candidate vetting, background checks, interview coordination, and final slate delivery—while adhering to university policies and maintaining rigorous confidentiality and diversity standards. The contract is a one‑year, fixed‑price agreement (or until all positions are filled) with no price adjustments permitted during the term.
• Four concurrent executive‑search engagements covering business, engineering, and computer‑science disciplines.
