(4) Four Non-Personal Healthcare Services for Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists at Northern Navajo Medical Center

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking quotes for four non-personal healthcare services for diagnostic radiologic technologists at the Northern Navajo Medical Center. The services include CT scanning, plain film radiography, intraoperative and fluoroscopic imaging, trauma support, and ICU, surgical, inpatient, and outpatient services. The quoter must demonstrate technical capability to perform all requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide a firm-fixed price for each contract line item. The period of performance will be a base period of 6 continuous months, followed by 3 option periods of 6 months each. • The quoter must provide a minimum of three references from contracts performed within the three years preceding the date of this solicitation. • The quoter must submit a Staffing Management Plan (SMP) within 15 calendar days of contract award. • The quoter must submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 15 calendar days of contract award. • The quoter must demonstrate experience in maintaining continuous coverage, uninterrupted credentialing compliance, and documentation standards. • The quoter must demonstrate cultural competency and responsiveness to the needs of the Northern Navajo Medical Center.
