Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to repair and upgrade the refrigeration at the Jessup Correctional Institution. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies, tools, labor, and equipment necessary for the performance and completion of the installation and upgrades of the refrigeration. The scope of work includes the purchase and installation of various refrigeration units, including freezers and cold storage units. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing large-scale refrigeration services and must provide a certified electrician to perform all electrical work.
