Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking bids for litigation support services, including messenger, subpoena, and reprographic services, to be provided statewide. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to perform the services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the requirements outlined in the IFB.
• The services shall be provided statewide.
• The contractor must possess a minimum of one year of experience performing the required services.
• The contractor must have a valid Motor Carrier Permit (MCP) issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, including those related to small business participation, disabled veteran business enterprise participation, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain the required insurance coverage throughout the term of the agreement.
• The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the agreement, including those related to payment, performance, and termination.
