The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is seeking qualified contractors to submit sealed qualifications for the White Cottage Phase 2 rehabilitation project, part of the Craftsmen Farms development. The RFQ is non‑mandatory; successful qualifiers will be eligible to bid on the subsequent construction solicitation. Applicants may obtain the full pre‑qualification package by emailing the Purchasing Department, and an optional site walk‑through is scheduled. The qualification submissions are due by June 2, 2026.
