Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Professional Environmental Services for City of Racine, Wisconsin

The City of Racine, Wisconsin is soliciting qualifications and proposals from Environmental Professionals to support its efforts in implementing its FY25 United States Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields (US EPA) Community-Wide Assessment Grant. The Grant will fund various activities focused on properties potentially impacted by hazardous and/or petroleum substances within the City of Racine, with a focus on the City’s Lincoln King Neighborhood. • The City is seeking environmental professionals to provide support for the Grant. • The Grant will focus on properties in the Lincoln King Neighborhood. • The City is looking for professionals with experience in environmental assessment and remediation. • The selected professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the City in implementing the Grant. • The scope of work includes conducting environmental assessments, identifying potential hazards, and developing remediation plans.
