Ground Ambulance Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from vendors to provide non-emergency ambulance transportation services, including stretcher transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Specialty Care Transport (SCT), and Critical Care Transport (CCT) services. The contractor will be required to provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of these services. The services will be required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing non-emergency ambulance transportation services • Providing all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting • Making services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week • Providing stretcher transports, BLS, ALS, SCT, and CCT services • Coordinating with the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System
