Description
The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is seeking a vendor to provide technical assistance to Open Educational Resources (OER) grantees. The selected vendor will provide project management support, professional development opportunities, and guidance on creating and publishing content with a creative commons license. The vendor will work with up to 15 OER grantees to help them utilize grant funds efficiently and effectively. The scope of work includes providing synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities, one-on-one support services, and reports on project management support, professional development sessions, and support services provided.
• Project management support to help grantees plan, manage, and publish high-quality, accessible, openly licensed course materials
• Professional development opportunities focused on OER awareness, OER publishing, and development of openly licensed resources
• Guidance and support to grantees on questions related to creating and publishing content with a creative commons license
