Description
The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for new portable Wanco message boards. Bidders are expected to examine the bid package, which includes drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions. The bid package is available for download on the WYDOT website. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The contractor will be required to provide the message boards and related services. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase.
• The bid must be received on or before the specified deadline.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty for the message boards.
• The contract may be terminated by the Agency upon 30 days' written notice.
