Forest Hills High School Athletic Staduim

The Union County Public Schools is seeking a design-build team for the Forest Hills High School Athletic Stadium Project. The project includes the replacement of the existing high school athletic field with a synthetic turf system, replacement of track surfacing, soil stabilization and drainage improvements, fencing, and site infrastructure upgrades as required. The project has an estimated budget of $5,750,000 and a total bleacher capacity of at least 2,800. The design-builder will be responsible for verifying existing conditions, ensuring code compliance, and delivering a complete and fully operational athletic facility. • The project requires a mandatory site visit on October 29, 2025, at 9:00 am EST. • The RFQ submission deadline is November 13, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST. • The project includes the purchase and installation of a greenhouse adjacent to the stadium. • The design-builder must abide by the Union County Board of Education's policies regarding purchasing practices and good faith efforts to reach diverse contractors. • The project requires unique sequencing that will be determined and established as the project scope is defined.
