Q301 Reference Laboratory Testing for VA Portland Health Care System

The VA Portland Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide histocompatibility and immunogenetics testing and interpretation to support their transplant program. The contractor must have a laboratory that is accredited by the OPTN and have the capability to perform these tests. The contract will have a one-year base ordering period and four one-year optional ordering periods. • The contractor must provide testing and interpretation for histocompatibility and immunogenetics. • The contractor's laboratory must be accredited by the OPTN. • The contractor must have experience providing laboratory services and transporting biomedical materials. • The contractor must have all the necessary CLIA certifications for the analyte specialties and sub-specialties covered by the tests listed in the test menu.
