J065--Notice of Intent to Sole Source Artemis Ultrasound Maintenance ICO VANCHCS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Notice of Intent to sole source a contract for preventative maintenance services for Artemis Biopsy Ultrasound equipment. The intended contractor is Eigen Health Services, LLC. The scope of work includes semi-annual preventative maintenance, system inspection, calibration, adjustments, and software updates. The contractor will be required to provide documentation, including equipment down time and detailed descriptions of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. • The contractor must have an established business with a fully qualified Field Service Engineer (FSE) and a backup FSE. • The contractor must comply with Federal and California OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. • The contractor must provide written assurance of the competency of their personnel and a list of credentials of approved FSEs. • The contractor must treat all deliverables under the contract as the property of the U.S. Government.
