The contractor will be required to design and construct an electrical system and relocate existing monument signs. • The project requires the contractor to protect existing landscaping and irrigation systems and restore any damaged facilities to their original condition. • The contractor must provide a plan for erosion control protection of the project area. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage rates, worker's compensation, and social security. • The contractor must provide a performance guarantee in the form of a bond, cashier's check, certified check, letter of credit, or loan proceeds. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. • The contractor must provide proof of liability insurance and other required insurance. • The contractor must comply with the City of Grants Pass's standard specifications and special provisions.
