G--OCC Group Life Insurance (OGLI) Services (RFP)

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking a qualified contractor to underwrite and administer its group life insurance program for its active and retired employees, as well as the active employees of the Office of Financial Research (OFR). The program includes basic life insurance, optional employee coverage, spouse/domestic partner coverage, and family coverage. The contractor must provide services for a period of 5 years, with one 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. • The contractor must underwrite and administer the OCC's group life insurance program. • The contractor must provide basic life insurance, optional employee coverage, spouse/domestic partner coverage, and family coverage. • The contractor must provide services for a period of 5 years, with one 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. • The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. • The contractor must provide a primary account manager as a single point of contact. • The contractor must attend an onsite health benefits fair annually. • The contractor must process all claims accurately and in accordance with the timeframe listed in the performance requirement summary.
