Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center is seeking a contractor to provide a 2-day, 16-hour training course on the Fundamentals of Capability-Based Test and Evaluation. The course will be delivered to 25 students and will cover the principles of Capability-Based Test and Evaluation. The contractor will be required to provide instructors with subject matter expertise and tailor the course to the dynamic, mission-focused needs of the workforce. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with the possibility of renewal. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the course at various locations, including San Diego, CA, Virginia Beach, VA, Mayport, FL, Port Hueneme, CA, and White Sands, NM.
