Description
The Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking bids for janitorial services at the Collier County Detention Center, located at 3351 E Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112. The contract will be for a period of three years, starting July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2028. The successful bidder will be required to provide janitorial services, including cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting, to the detention center. The services will be provided seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, with two 6-hour shifts per day. The bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and materials.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
* Providing janitorial services to the detention center, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
* Ensuring that all areas are cleaned and sanitized to a high standard
* Providing a customized cleaning schedule to fit the specific needs of the detention center
* Employing only qualified and documented operators and personnel
* Maintaining all necessary licenses, insurance, bonds, and permits throughout the duration of the contract.
