The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to develop a real-time water level dashboard using Global Navigation Satellite Systems interferometric reflectometry (GNSS-IR) data for five sites with established GNSS (NTRIP) stations. The contractor will download GNSS-IR files, filter and process the data, and create a dashboard for each site that provides near-real-time water level measurements and past measurements. The dashboard will also include water level measurements from the nearest or most appropriate traditional water level recording station for comparison. The contractor will revise and update the dashboard based on feedback from NPS staff and host the dashboard for a period of one year.
Key tasks and deliverables include:
• Downloading and processing GNSS-IR data for five sites
• Creating a dashboard for each site with near-real-time water level measurements and past measurements
• Comparing GNSS-IR data with traditional water level recording station data
• Revising and updating the dashboard based on feedback from NPS staff
• Hosting the dashboard for a period of one year
• Providing a final report with an assessment of the calculated water levels from the NTRIP station relative to the measured water levels from the traditional water level recording station
