Description
The Residential Living Department at Western Carolina University is seeking to replace damaged laundry equipment to enhance the convenience and efficiency of on-campus laundry facilities. This includes the installation of new equipment and disposal of old equipment. The required equipment includes Speed Queen dryer stack units, front control single dryers, and front-load washing machines. The vendor must deliver, set, level, and install all new equipment, and complete any control programming necessary for "free play" or non-coin op usage on each machine. The vendor must also haul off and dispose of old equipment if needed.

* 7 Speed Queen dryer stack units
* 2 Speed Queen front control single dryers
* 14 Speed Queen front-load washing machines
* The vendor must deliver and install the equipment by August 1, 2026
* The vendor must provide a contract manager and customer service point of contact
* The vendor must comply with all requirements and specifications outlined in the IFB
