Designation of Beneficiary (CSRS & FERS)

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide printing services for the Designation of Beneficiary (CSRS & FERS) forms. The contractor will be required to print 30,205 carbon snapsets with specific design and quality requirements. The forms will be printed on gold paper with Pantone 286 Blue ink and red copy designations. The contractor must also provide a digital proof and a hard copy sample before printing the final product. The delivery of the final product is due by 10/10/2025.
