This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to improve behavioral health facilities’ capacity to address nicotine use among patients. The awardee will work with four selected behavioral health sites, implementing systems‑change initiatives that increase screening, referral, and treatment for nicotine use, while also reducing second‑hand smoke exposure.
