CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS AND DRUG TESTING SERVICES

The Orange-Ulster BOCES is seeking a third-party vendor to provide criminal background investigations and drug testing services for its students. The services will include 10-panel drug screenings and criminal background checks. The vendor will be required to have a facility within 30 minutes of the BOCES' location and must be New York State certified. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and the BOCES reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The vendor must provide all necessary supplies and equipment for the testing services. • The vendor must have a web-based registration system for students to register. • The vendor must provide a consent form for students to sign before undergoing background checks. • The vendor must return results of investigations within three working days. • The vendor must maintain all requests and results confidentially and securely.
