Description
The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking competitive bids for Wash Bay Epoxy Replacement at the Salina Subarea. The project involves providing and installing a 3-coat epoxy coating system to approximately 1,672 sq. ft. of flooring and 2,632 sq. ft. of walls. The contractor will be responsible for preparing surfaces, prefilling minor surface irregularities, applying a resinous coating system, and topcoating with a high-wear chemical-resistant urethane topcoat.
• The project requires a mandatory walkthrough on December 16, 2025, at 10:00AM.
• The contractor must provide a trailer-mounted automated mixer/pump (mud jack) per specifications MS 11.9.
