The Alabama Department of Public Health’s Madison County Health Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for its 24,700 sq ft office facility. Work must be performed after 5 PM on weekdays, includes daily cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash removal, interior and exterior window cleaning, and bi‑annual floor stripping/waxing and carpet shampooing. The contract is a 12‑month base term with up to four optional one‑year extensions (potential total of five years).
