Description
The Navajo Area Office Indian Health Service is seeking information from vendors to provide a secondary internet service at various sites. The secondary internet circuit will be configured in an SD-WAN configuration to maintain service continuity and mitigate disruptions due to primary ISP outages. The contractor shall plan, evaluate, install, and configure the secondary internet service, provide satellite internet or alternative solutions, and ensure the provisioned internet service achieves the contracted bandwidth.
Key requirements include:
• Providing satellite internet, Starlink Services as the first choice
• Offering alternative solutions such as broadband, fiber, LTE, or equivalent internet access
• Meeting bandwidth requirements per site
• Coordinating installation schedules with the organization's technical team
• Validating the provisioned internet service achieves the contracted bandwidth
