Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pest‑control services for the SERMA District 3 facilities (including locations 608, 632A, 632B, Chisholm Street, herbicide warehouse, sign warehouse, gas house, and superintendent’s office with bull room). The contract covers control of cockroaches, water bugs, German cockroaches, silverfish, ants, mice, and other listed pests for the fiscal year 2027. Services will be performed continuously from 1 Oct 2026 through 30 Sep 2027, with the vendor responsible for regular inspections, treatment applications, documentation, and compliance with all state procurement and environmental regulations.
• Scope: Integrated pest‑management (IPM) across multiple government facilities.
• Required: Alabama Buys registration, E‑Verify compliance, sales‑tax certification, and ability to accept electronic payments.
• Financial cap: $25,000 total contract value (including any renewals) with a possible 5 % price‑escalation allowance.
