Description
The State of Missouri, on behalf of the Department of Corrections‑MVE, is seeking qualified vendors to join its Chemical Products Qualified Vendor List (QVL). Selected vendors will be eligible to receive “as‑needed” quote requests for a variety of chemical products used at the Eastern Reception & Diagnostic Correctional Center’s chemical factory. The contract is non‑exclusive, runs from the award date through March 9 2027, and will be awarded to multiple vendors based on reliability, compliance, and the “lowest‑and‑best” price at the time of each quote. Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS, meet Buy‑American preferences, and provide extensive compliance documentation (tax, registration, anti‑boycott, etc.).
• Supplies chemical products to Missouri Dept. of Corrections facilities (no guaranteed volume).
• Multiple vendors will be added; contracts are on a quote‑by‑quote basis.
• Delivery FOB Destination to 2727 Highway K, Bonne Terre, MO 63628.
• Quote responses must remain valid 90 days; pricing must include freight.
• Mandatory compliance exhibits (tax, registration, Buy‑American, anti‑boycott, veteran‑business, etc.).
• Award based on price, Buy‑American preference, and any SDVE/Blind‑Workshop bonus points.
• Contract period ends 9 Mar 2027; no exclusivity, future solicitations anticipated.
