The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a complete, turn‑key Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS PT III) for Chinle Airport in Arizona. The award will be a best‑value design‑build contract covering all phases from site investigation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, training, warranty, and optional multi‑year maintenance.
