2026 Professional Services - RFQ

The City of Wildwood is seeking statements of qualifications from consulting firms for professional services in various specialty areas, including roadway design, sidewalk/trail design, bridge design, stormwater engineering, landscape architecture, and more. The selected firms will provide services on an as-needed basis for projects in 2026. The city will evaluate the qualifications of each firm based on their specialized experience, capacity, past record of performance, and proximity to the project area. Interested firms should submit their qualifications, including firm introduction, project manager and key personnel qualifications, project experience, and capacity and capability, by January 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM. • The city is looking for firms with experience in various specialty areas, including roadway design, sidewalk/trail design, and bridge design. • The selected firms will provide services on an as-needed basis for projects in 2026. • The city will evaluate the qualifications of each firm based on their specialized experience, capacity, past record of performance, and proximity to the project area. • The submission should include firm introduction, project manager and key personnel qualifications, project experience, and capacity and capability. • The submission should be limited to five pages per specialty area, plus five pages for general information, for a maximum of sixty pages.
