The vendor must demonstrate experience in higher education enrollment marketing and provide metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment. The scope of work includes strategic ad placements, direct outreach, development of segmented communication plans, and timely follow-up with inquiries, applicants, and admitted students.
