Livestreaming, Video Recording, and Archiving Services for TxDMV and MVCPA Board and Committee Meetings

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is seeking a contractor to provide livestreaming, video recording, and archiving services for TxDMV and Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA) board and committee meetings. The contractor will be responsible for managing internet connectivity, providing a dedicated data circuit, and operating the storage media for archiving and operation of the video server and web server. The contractor must also provide high-quality livestreaming with embedded closed captions, video/audio recordings with embedded closed captions, and scalability to accommodate large audiences. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in providing livestreaming, video recording, and archiving services. • The contractor must have expertise in compliance with accessibility laws and standards. • The contractor must provide technical support to TxDMV and the public during 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time. • The contractor must specify whether automated captions using AI or speech recognition technology, or human transcription services, will be used for providing closed captioning.
