Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking to establish a new contract for continued support of McIDAS-X software licenses and support. The McIDAS-X software is used to support the National Weather Service's mission to protect life and property by providing timely display and analysis of meteorological data. The software is used for visualization and manipulation of geophysical data in a wide variety of formats. The contract will include support for 54 licenses and will require the contractor to provide support for McIDAS-X software running on Windows-based and Linux-based OS computers.
• The software support level is next business day.
• The contract includes license support for more than six units, with 54 licenses being purchased.
• The contractor must provide support for McIDAS-X software running on Windows-based and Linux-based OS computers.
• The delivery schedule is July 21, 2026.
