Archer SaaS Subscription

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for a 12-month subscription to Archer's SaaS solution. The vendor shall provide the subscription of the Archer SaaS licenses for a 12-month period starting August 1, 2026, and ending July 31, 2027. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide support and maintenance directly from Archer for the duration of the contract. Some key features of the SaaS solution include risk assessment management, operational risk management, and loss event management. • The contract will commence on the date of full execution by the parties and will run for 12 months. • The contractor must be authorized to resell subscriptions of Archer and provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer. • The bid must include all required attachments, including the bid form, federal funds attachment, and certification against lobbying. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations, including those related to lobbying and discrimination.
