Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide a one‑year renewal of maintenance services for its fleet of Faro measurement equipment. The work covers three product lines: Focus Standard scanners, Zone 3D Expert systems, and Scene software. The contractor will be responsible for parts, labor, annual cleaning, calibration, and software updates where applicable, under a contract period from 31 May 2026 to 31 May 2027.
• Provide complete care coverage for Focus Standard scanners (part SV2‑SCNB‑1Y‑R).
• Deliver annual maintenance, product updates, and top‑tier technical support for FARO Zone 3D Expert (part SMAR51007‑1Y).
• Perform SCENE software maintenance renewal (part SMAR0900‑1Y).
• All work must be completed within the $25,000 contract ceiling and adhere to Alabama’s procurement, E‑Verify, and sales‑tax certification requirements.
• Submissions are due electronically via Alabama Buys by 13 April 2026, 5 PM CST.
