Full-Service Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services

The Trust for Governors Island is seeking a qualified firm to deliver full‑service pre‑construction and construction‑management for the demolition and redevelopment of Yankee Pier and Lima Pier on Governors Island. The contractor will be responsible for all phases from early planning, cost estimating, scheduling, permitting, and constructability reviews through on‑site construction oversight and close‑out documentation.
