Police - Multi Function Printer

The City of Columbus, Public Safety Department is seeking a vendor to provide a multi-function printer for the Police Department. The printer should be a Canon iF C5140 or equivalent, with specifications including 40 images per minute in black and white and color, energy star certified, and a 10.1" customizable high-resolution LCD color touch screen. The vendor should also provide maintenance and supplies for the printer, including all parts, labor, emergency calls, travel time, mileage, regular inspections, preventive maintenance, equipment modernization, drum replacement, and free loaner equipment. The maintenance and supplies should be expressed as a cost per copy, with no minimums or maximums, and the City will only pay for copies made.
