The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Bentley Systems, Inc. (Seequent) for Leapfrog Geo & Edge Software Subscriptions. The software is required to support the commercialization of NETL's AI-based critical mineral discovery tool and aid resource basin-scale and deposit-scale geologic models and resource models for critical mineral resources. • The software subscriptions are for Leapfrog Geo & Edge. • The subscriptions will be used to support the commercialization of NETL's AI-based critical mineral discovery tool. • The software will aid resource basin-scale and deposit-scale geologic models and resource models for critical mineral resources. • Interested parties who believe they can meet the NETL requirement must provide evidence of their capability by July 22, 2026, 5:00 PM EDT.
