Description
The Academy of Warren is seeking a contractor to replace 9 HVAC units and 3 air handling units. The project includes removal and disposal of existing units, furnishing and installation of new units, and all necessary connections and appurtenances. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements. The project must be completed by September 25, 2026.
