Copier Lease and Maintenance Services

The Midland Independent School District (MISD) is seeking a vendor to provide copier lease and maintenance services. The contract will include the lease of 42 new multifunction copier/printer devices, as well as maintenance and support for 108 existing off-lease copiers. The vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive copier and print management solution, including hardware, software, and services. The solution must be cost-effective, efficient, and scalable, and must provide reliable equipment, proactive service, and minimal operational disruption. The vendor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and configuring the equipment, as well as providing training and support to MISD staff. Some key features of the required solution include: • Multifunction copier/printer hardware • Print management and device monitoring software • Preventative and on-demand maintenance • All consumables (excluding paper) • Delivery, installation, and configuration • End-user and administrative training The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
