Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a Cytation 1 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader to support and enhance the capabilities of their existing Seahorse XFe96 Extracellular Flux Analyzer. The Cytation 1 will provide integrated brightfield and fluorescence imaging capabilities necessary for post-assay cell quantification, viability assessment, and phenotypic characterization directly in Seahorse assay plates. The proposed instrument will allow rapid, plate-based imaging without transferring plates between instruments, minimizing handling artifacts and contamination risk.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing a Cytation 1 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader
• Supporting and enhancing the capabilities of the Seahorse XFe96 Extracellular Flux Analyzer
• Performing all services within 1 business day of pre-scheduled delivery of services
• Removing any debris from location once unloading is complete
