M00P6605195 - IBM Service Annual Contract

The Maryland Department of Health is requesting bids from Certified Small Business Master Contractors for the purchase of IBM support and maintenance. The department is currently using OS IBMi V7R4 and requires 24x7 equipment maintenance and support coverage. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for IBM. The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contract is limited to certified small business vendors. • The award will be based on conformance to specifications, lowest bid, and submission of MSRP with response. • The contract will be for the purchase of IBM support and maintenance. • The contractor must provide all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or to be subject to in connection with the products or services provided. • The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
