Description
The City of Norwalk is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide City-wide security services for city-owned spaces and facilities, including occupied and vacant properties, and special events, as needed. The selected Proposer will enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Norwalk to provide armed and unarmed security personnel, mobile patrols, access control, surveillance monitoring, and rapid response to incidents. The Proposer must have at least 5 years of experience in providing similar services and be able to staff up to 50 security guards.
• Provide security services for city-owned spaces and facilities
• Provide security services for special events
• Provide armed and unarmed security personnel
• Provide mobile patrols and access control
• Provide surveillance monitoring and rapid response to incidents
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide a detailed description of the approach and methodology to accomplish the scope of work
