The City of Doral is seeking a qualified printing company to provide full‑service production and distribution of its quarterly “Doral Life” newsletter. The vendor must accept the City‑provided PDF, print approximately 31‑35 k copies per issue on 8.5” × 11” satin paper, staple‑bind, and mail to every residential address in the city (≈ 33 k households). The contract is a unit‑rate, three‑year agreement with two optional one‑year extensions, and the City will reimburse postage separately. Bids are submitted electronically via DemandStar or the Vendor Registry by the July 1 deadline.
• Quantity: ~33,000 copies per issue, four issues per year (≈ 130,000 copies annually).
• Delivery schedule: newsletters must be mailed within 7 calendar days of PDF approval; issue dates are Sept 1, Dec 1, Mar 1, Jun 1.
