Description
The City of Casa Grande is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and complete construction services for the City's Sports Field Complex project. The project includes lighted baseball and softball fields, multipurpose sports and event fields, and special event space. The CMAR will be responsible for working with the design team, developing a guaranteed maximum price contract, and providing construction management services.
• The CMAR will provide pre-construction services, including developing a project management plan and providing suggestions for value engineering and cost-savings opportunities.
• The CMAR will provide construction services, including constructing all improvements, coordinating with City departments, and maintaining a safe work site.
• The CMAR will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
• The project includes a guaranteed maximum price contract, and the CMAR will be responsible for delivering the project within the agreed-upon budget and schedule.
