Notice of Intent to Sole Source -Preventive Maintenance Services for Sciex X500B Q-TOF mass spectrometer, Exion HPLC, and Peak1024 nitrogen generator

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to award a single source purchase order to AB Sciex LLC for the acquisition of preventive maintenance services for the Sciex X500B Q-TOF mass spectrometer, Exion HPLC, and Peak1024 nitrogen generator. The services are required to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, which is used for research purposes. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment for preventive maintenance on the machine, in accordance with the manufacturer's standard maintenance practices. • The contract is for a period of approximately 4 years, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2030. • The equipment is used for quantitation of small molecules and proteins from biological samples. • The contractor must provide all labor, material, and equipment for preventive maintenance on the machine. • The maintenance services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's standard maintenance practices.
