Description
The Town of Smyrna is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, and install two decorative gateway monuments at the north and south town limits on South Lowry Street, complete with precast concrete caps, stone veneer, custom signage, low‑voltage LED lighting, and a dedicated power‑meter service. The contractor must secure all necessary permits, coordinate utility locations, and perform site work including grading, concrete footings, and final site restoration. Work must be completed within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the deadline.
• Install two 4‑ft 8‑in × 10‑ft 6‑in monuments with precast concrete and natural‑stone encasement.
• Provide and install low‑voltage LED lighting (Starburst model) with transformer, GFI‑protected outlets, and underground conduit.
• Supply a dedicated power‑meter panel, obtain all permits, and complete site grading, utility relocation, and final cleanup.
