Description
Chatham County is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive programming and coaching services for recreational racquet sports at various parks and recreation locations. The vendor will be responsible for delivering professional instruction, clinics, leagues, camps, and other racquet-sport programming while maintaining a balance between structured programming and public access to courts. The goal is to maximize the public's use and enjoyment of County recreation locations. Key services include:
* Professional instruction for all age groups and skill levels
* Group and private lessons, clinics, and leagues/match play
* Racquet-sport social events and tournaments
* Camps (summer, holiday, and non-school days) as well as after-school programs
* Coordination with Chatham County Parks & Recreation to maximize facility use while preserving public access
* Maintaining monthly activity reports to include the number of participants, program attendance, and summary of events
