Description
The State of Missouri, Department of Corrections is seeking experienced contractors to provide offender communication services, including offender communication systems, offender financial services, and AI-powered text messaging applications. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services for a period of six years. The services will include the provision of equipment, supplies, and services for the offender communication system, as well as the processing of offender deposits and the provision of electronic fund transfer services. The contractor will also be required to provide a centralized offender banking system and maintain subsidiary accounts for all offenders.
