The vendor will also conduct interviews with the CEO, Human Resources, and selected leadership to understand strategic priorities, talent challenges, and the regional labor market context. The scope of work includes job classification and leveling, external market benchmarking, internal equity and pay equity analysis, salary structure and pay bands design, cost modeling and implementation options, and compensation philosophy and administration guidance. The project is expected to start on July 20, 2026, and end on July 19, 2027. The total budget for the project is $10,000.
