Purchase and Installation of Office Furniture

The City of Kingsland is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide, deliver, and install office furniture for the Kingsland Police Department. The selected vendor shall furnish a complete, functional, and professional furniture solution in accordance with the specifications outlined in this RFP. The project includes furnishing multiple private offices, shared workspaces, a training room, reception area, and support spaces within the Police Department facility. Key requirements include: commercial-grade furniture, ergonomic seating, durable finishes, and ADA compliance. Vendors must provide detailed itemized pricing, product specifications, and warranty information. • The project requires furniture for various offices, including the Deputy Chief's office, Chief's office, and other staff offices. • The vendor must provide a complete furniture solution, including delivery, assembly, and installation. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate contract terms with the successful proposer. • The city has a local vendor preference policy, which may give local vendors an opportunity to match the lowest price proposal. • The vendor must indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Kingsland from any claims or losses arising from the project.
